As a result, congestion problem has become a common issue here which on the process is disrupting the economic progression of the country resulting in huge economic loss every year. This paper conducts a study in finding the solution of this problem. In that process, numbers of jetties on the port, container terminal capacity, crane requirement per berth were calculated needed to withstand the problem.
