Bioavailability, the fraction of administered drug that reaches systemic circulation, profoundly influences a drug's therapeutic efficacy and clinical outcomes. In this article, we explore the evolving landscape of bioavailability evaluation and the innovative strategies revolutionizing drug formulation to overcome these challenges.
