Gliomas are the most common primary brain tumors, originating from glial cells in the central nervous system. Gliomas can be benign or malignant, with the latter, known as glioblastoma, being the most aggressive and difficult to treat. This article provides a comprehensive overview of glioma cells, including their characteristics, classification, molecular features, and current advances in research and treatment strategies.
